This teabowl is the culmination of over a decade of research. Everything from the way the rim touches your lips, how the foot meets your table top to the way it feels in your hand have been carefully considered. Great for a warm cup of tea, they also work for a cold refreshing cup of something. Many even enjoy using them for ice cream.

My Splatterware line is perhaps, in a way, my most simplistic body of work, yet the energetic quality the splatter effect has all of the dynamism and excitement you would expect in a piece of Lenziware. The splattering effect is carefully applied underglaze. The motif is an allusion to groggy, course, iron rich, stoneware clays that have a naturally speckled surface. However, these pots are made from 100% porcelain, a clay famous for it's purity and refined smoothness.
